For nearly a century, four generations of the Cipriani family have built a legacy as Italy's leading international luxury lifestyle brand. It all began with the opening of the legendary Harry’s Bar in Venice in 1931, declared by the Italian Ministry of Cultural affairs a National Landmark in 2001.

A GLOBAL HOSPITALITY
INSTITUTION
Beginning in 2027, Cipriani Academy will welcome enrollment of domestic and international students for one-year vocational hospitality programs in five disciplines: Food & Beverage Service, Culinary, Hotel Management, Luxury Retail and Casino Operations, as well as industry-specific certifications.
The Academy will feature state-of-the-art classrooms, international instructors, professional-grade training kitchens and spaces that reflect the Cipriani culture that is synonymous with luxury and style. Students will benefit from internships and immersive learning experiences at
Locanda Punta del Este, the Academy’s own 100-room resort, that includes Cipriani dining venues, event spaces, retail outlets, fitness center, spa, and cinema.
